Surely you already know that your destiny is not guided solely by you; it is also shaped significantly by your ancestors, to whom you unconsciously respond.

You carry a pattern encoded with your ancestors’ pain or trauma.

Not only you, but your children as well may carry this same pattern if you do not break free from it.

During this one-day intence workshop, we will go through practices to help you understand whose trauma you carry.

You won’t just recognize it; you’ll begin transforming it immediately.

Have you ever wondered why certain things happen specifically to you?

• Why don’t you feel joy in life?
• Why don’t you know what to do with your life?
• Why do you feel stuck, unable to move forward?
• Why are you struggling financially?
• Why do you keep encountering the same relationship patterns?
• Why can’t you leave a relationship, even when it’s unhealthy?

Epigenetic inheritance is something that drives our destiny as subconscious choices, of which we may not even be aware.

What does this mean?

We all come from a story. These stories belong to our parents and grandparents, and they often carry pain, trauma, and beliefs. All these experiences are part of our family system.

Every experience has consequences. Sooner or later, someone has to deal with those consequences. It might not be you, but it could be your child. They are born into this world with an inherent “code,” written with inherited sufferings and behavioral patterns stemming from them.

Look at your current relationship. How much does it resemble your mother’s or father’s relationship? What behaviors or attitudes in relationships have you taken on as inheritance?

To CHANGE and RELEASE these patterns… we will dive deep to 12 knots that still stop you from your mother side.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR:

1. You will need to write a lot.

2. We will go through processes where you might feel cold. Have a warm blanket and a comfortable pillow ready.

3. Do a little preliminary work. Research names: three generations back on your mother’s side and three generations back on your father’s side. (If you don’t know or don’t have information, don’t worry—everything is available at a soul level.)

4. Come to the workshop with trust and belief in your ability to connect.
